For those of you who were wondering when my next posts would come, fear not, they will come. I”m sorry about the gap that has occurred, but health comes first. In August I underwent lung surgery to end a two-year battle with pleural effusion in my left lung. Finally, I can literally breathe free, no liquid in the lung. It is now sealed to keep liquid from coming back and so far so good.
I’ve started searching for an agent or a home for my memoir. Submitted to two agents to start, tally to date, one rejection with a personal note, and awaiting on the other.
But today I would like to take a break from reviews (another will come soon, with one to follow in November) since I’ve just listened to Elizabeth Gilbert speaking about creative genius as it relates to writers. After listening to it, feel free to leave a comment on your thoughts.
